  • Als IT Service Operations Manager*in (w/m/d) tragen Sie Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IT Services im Bereich digitale Signaturen.
  • Sie stellen eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Service-Infrastruktur sicher.
  • Sie überwachen und reporten Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs).
  • Mit Ihrer Expertise verantworten Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Service-Prozesse nach ITIL-Standards.
  • Für unsere internen und externen Stakeholder sind Sie Ansprechpartner*in und koordinieren und steuern Service-Teams und externe Dienstleister.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie zuständig für das Risikomanagement und die Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
  • In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Servicebereich.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Operations oder IT Service Management
  • Kenntnisse in digitalen Signaturen und den zugehörigen Technologien ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • ITIL-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
