- ■Als IT Service Operations Manager*in (w/m/d) tragen Sie Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IT Services im Bereich digitale Signaturen.
- ■Sie stellen eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Service-Infrastruktur sicher.
- ■Sie überwachen und reporten Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs).
- ■Mit Ihrer Expertise verantworten Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Service-Prozesse nach ITIL-Standards.
- ■Für unsere internen und externen Stakeholder sind Sie Ansprechpartner*in und koordinieren und steuern Service-Teams und externe Dienstleister.
- ■Darüber hinaus sind Sie zuständig für das Risikomanagement und die Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
- ■In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Servicebereich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Operations oder IT Service Management
- ■Kenntnisse in digitalen Signaturen und den zugehörigen Technologien ist von Vorteil
- ■Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- ■ITIL-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
- ■Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
